Public directory
Business emails, telephone numbers and locations are public. Listings include business websites and Namibian directories, including namibians.com and the Hospitality Association of Namibia. Profiles show source links and checked dates where available. Source citations do not prove ownership; information can become outdated.
Private workspace
Uploaded contacts and saved company context stay in your account, separate from public listings. Campaign drafting uses your company context and selected recipient information with an AI service; private recipient email addresses are withheld from the model. Mailbox credentials are encrypted and not exposed to the browser. Sending requires your explicit action.
Ownership & corrections
Owners can request admin review from a business profile and provide evidence. Submission does not verify a listing. Approved owners can edit listings in My account. There is currently no dedicated public correction-report service.
